I would like to update my experience at the Kyle location. I left a 2 star review and should have waited before doing so. At the time I was positive I would not go back but thought about my customers and how I would like a dissatisfied customer to give me a second chance to make it right. Sports Clips in Kyle did just that ! They made it right ! They comped me a free haircut which is not what I wanted but it shows that they do care about their customers. I left with my usual outstanding haircut and a good feeling about the place. Thank you all at Sports Clips. Duke

Went online and set up an appointment. Since my stylist was not available I chose another. I was set to show up at 1:14. I was notified early that the stylist chosen would be available in 10 minutes so I went to the location and signed in with 5 minutes to spare. After a bit I looked at the board and and next to my name it said the stylist was ONDeck meaning she was available. I waited approx. another 45 minutes and finally got up and quietly asked the person behind the counter to remove my name. They were very apologetic but my patience had finally worn off after watching person after person going in before me. Each hair stylist performed 3-4 haircuts each while I waited on my stylist who wasn't even there. She must have just left for lunch when I got there. Why would the system schedule her if she was going to lunch ? Either she forgot to take herself of the appointment schedule or Sports Clips takes it for granted that you are willing wait as long as it takes to get your haircut. This is a shame because not only did I miss getting my haircut but I also was late to an appointment I had with a customer of mine which made me look bad. The other reason I am disappointed is that the person who has cut my hair for 50 years retired and I thought I had found a place close to my house and my business that I could rely on. I know things happen that are out of our control but my suggestion to Sports Clips would be to monitor the check in times of your customers and if they have been waiting at least 10 minutes past their scheduled appointment time to contact them and let them know how much longer they will have to wait to be seen. What good is an Online Check In System if it is not adhered to or monitored. I would normally give them another chance but even though I did not make a scene and was very quiet when I asked that my name be removed from the schedule, I was still embarrassed to have to do so. Now It looks like I will have to drive 35 miles to get my haircut during the week which is very difficult since I run my own business. At least I know it will get done when they say it will. I hate to be harsh about this but punctuality is important to me and most people feel the same way. I sincerely hope someone does something about this because word of mouth can damage your reputation more than some realize. I never advertise my business because our reputation for doing what we say when we say it will be done has prompted our customers to leave very positive reviews about us all over the net and they tell family and friends. You do not have to advertise if your customer service is your first priority.

Elsa always takes good care of my son's and I hair cut. My son is a special needs child and Elsa is very patient with him while she is cutting his hair which is not one of his favorite things to do plus she does an excellent job with our hair styles. My family appreciates Elsa's professionalism and excellent customer service every time we visit her store. My son and I will continue to be loyal customers at Sport Clips.
